In 1948, Cairo, Egypt. Hassanin, a young and idealistic Egyptian
documentary filmmaker, travels with a Muslim Brotherhood platoon to the
holy land. The mission: help Palestinian villagers who have been evicted by
newcomer Israelis. But when Hassanin is tasked with documenting a raid on
an isolated kibbutz, his values are tested to the extreme and both sides
must re-evaluate everything they know about life and war.
